Jacqueline, Founder and Owner of Movimentum Leadership and Management Consultancy is a seasoned People and Culture Thought Leader with a strong executive leadership education at Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston and a Certified Transformational Coach by Coach Masters Academy, Global. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Industrial Counselling with units earned in Doctor of Management Major in Human Resource Management. With her strong desire to learn, grow and regenerate herself in response to the world moving towards transformation economy, she is currently taking a Diploma Course on Innovation and Creative Entrepreneurship (ICE) at Thames International.

She has more than 20 years professional and management experience in various organizations with industries hedging in Banana & Agriculture, Leisure and Tourism, Port and Logistics, Real Estate, Wholesale, Retail and Mall, Education, and multi-function Shared Services. One of the most transformative journeys she considers in her both professional and personal life was at the time she was able to build the multi-function shared services center (Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Corporate Services) from inception up to operationalization with the aim of aligning people, process, technology and culture.

She has wonderful transformative journeys in her 10 years at the academe industry, 13 learning years in strategic leadership, 11 years in executive and thought leadership and 5 years in multi-function shared services. Ms. Luy is an Accredited Fellow in People Management.

Currently, she is regenerating her professional life as a Transformational Coach with focus on organization stewardship may this have a significant connect with life, executive and leadership undertakings.
