Oliver is a People and Organization Development Consultant with more than 15 years of experience from the academe and working with both private and public organizations in and out of the country. His work primarily focused on training and development, leadership, and management consulting. He has an extensive knowledge and experience from talent management to company acquisition and mergers gained from work experience here and abroad. At present, he designs and conducts workshops focusing on effective communication, leadership, management, team and organization development, mindfulness and stress management, and personal mastery.
He completed Harrison Assessments (HA) Employee Development Accreditation.
Oliver has a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle in Australia and holds a Diploma in Industrial Relations Management from the De La Salle University.
