Jennie has 24 years experience in Organizational Development and Learning and Development. She is as an executive coach, consultant and facilitator driven by her mission to be a “Lighthouse” guiding clients towards their success and abundance. She uses the G.R.O.W. Coaching Model and Transformative Coaching Model during her coaching sessions; and promotes the model in her different programs.
As a consultant, Jenny adopts the McKinsey’s 7-s Model as her guiding approach in assessing organizations to help synergize different levels of the organizations. As MICROSOFT coach, consultant and facilitator since FY2015, her many programs and “Talk to an Expert (TTE)” coaching sessions expose her to multi-race audiences throughout Asia-Pacific, USA and Europe.
She is a Certified coach for Appreciative Inquiry Coaching by DOOR Coaching Academy (2013) and Certified in Transformative Coaching by Coach Masters Academy Singapore (2016)
Jenny holds a postgraduate Masters Degree in Commerce (Human Resource Management) from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. She holds a Diploma in Performance Coaching and Change Management, University of Pennsylvania, USA. and completed a course in Social Psychology from coursera.org.
