Joey is an independent Human Resources Consultant and Organization Development Practitioner. He develops, manages, conducts and facilitates programs and related interventions on performance management, career development, communication, leadership, growth and development, coaching and mentoring, time and stress management, customer service, training the trainers, among others. He also manages sensitivity training, team building and other organization development interventions including programs on values and attitudes and culture formation. He has conducted these programs both locally and abroad for corporate and government agencies giving him a firm grasp of the different nuances of cultures and related practices.
Joey was Vice President of Philippine Airlines’ Human Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and has completed the academic requirements for his Masters in Arts in Psychology with concentration in Industrial Organization Psychology. He has a Diploma on Human Resources Development from the Ateneo de Manila Center for Organization Research and Development.
He is licensed program leader of Kepner-Tregoe, Zenger-Miller and Life Orientations programs.
He trained both here and abroad and was active in world-wide organizations like the Worldwide Airlines Customer Relations Association where he was a member of the board of directors.
