Melissa brings with her over 25 years of experience in Strategic Recruitment Advisory and Executive Search. She has a track record of successfully translating organizational goals and aligning company culture into strategic hiring plans of organizations to attract the right talent. She is also engaged in career counseling and development.
Mel is the Co-Founder of Cluster Executive Network—the first of its kind in the Philippines to recognize and reward the power of trusted professional connections. She spent 13 years with Amrop Philippines, partnering with organizations to identify and position "Leaders for What's Next." As Amrop’s Global RAC Lead, Mel launched and led the Research Exchange Forum (REF), a multi-country video mentoring program designed to support and develop researchers and associates across Asia Pacific, the Americas, and EMEA. She began her recruitment career with Robertson Stephens in San Francisco, CA.
Mel is also a career coach to both students and executives, using Harrison Assessments to help individuals gain insight into the strengths that propel them forward and the blind spots that may hinder personal and professional growth.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Ateneo de Manila University and is a Certified Harrison Assessments (HA) Coach and Debriefer (April 2021), with additional accreditations in HA Employee Development (June 2020) and HA Recruitment (May 2021).
