Bo peep Franco

Bo peep holds a PhD and majored in Social-Organization Psychology. She is currently the Director for Innovation and Quality Management of the Ateneo Center for Organization Research and Development (CORD).

She is also an Associate Professor in the Psychology Department of the Ateneo de Manila University teaching courses and engaged in consultancy in the field of Leadership, Organizational Psychology, Organization Development, Change Management and Human Resource Management and Development. Prior to joining the academe, she practiced in the field of OD and HR in various organizations as a member of the Executive Committee. She has experience in diverse industries such as Aviation, Hospitality, and Manufacturing, to mention a few, in the Philippines, Asia and the United States.

She also holds a Master of Science degree in Social Psychology and a graduate Certificate in Training & Development from the University of Southern California. She has published research work in academic journals and books.
