Mel Tempongko

Mel brings with her over 20 years of experience in Strategic Recruitment Advisory and Executive Search. She has a track record of successfully translating organizational goals and aligning company culture into strategic hiring plans of organizations to attract the right talent. She is also engaged in career counseling and development.  

She spent 13 years with Amrop Philippines working with organizations identifying and positioning "Leaders for What's Next".  As Global RAC Lead, she successfully launched and implemented Research Exchange Forum (REF), a multi-country video conferencing mentoring program for Amrop Researcher & Associates for Asia Pacific, Americas and EMEA.

Mel started her career in Recruitment with Robertson Stephens, San Francisco CA.

Mel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the Ateneo De Manila University.
