Nikki Cruz-Ibañez

Nikki has over 30 years experience in the fields of Human Resources, Management and Organization Development. She honed her skills in Philippine Airlines and in an Indonesian conglomerate where she gained competencies in the full spectrum of Human Resources, moving from Personnel Administration, Labor Relations and Training and Organization Development. After her retirement from the airline, she actively engaged in HR and Management consultancy for family-owned corporations, partnering with these flourishing businesses to install and institutionalize workable and effective Organization, Management and Human Resources structures, systems and policies.

She completed Harrison Assessments (HA) Employee Development Accreditation and holds a degree in Masters in Management at the Asian Institute of Management.
